I have fought with mopping my rough natural flagstone floors for years, even with an older Vapora steam mop - which was very hard to push on rough surfaces. This Shark Steam & Scrub mop is fantastic - it almost propels itself! The two spinning mop disks do a great job cleaning and I have removed spots and stains that have been there for a long time. I do pre-dampen the mop pads with hot water before I start, which helps to create the wetness from the beginning of the cycle. The mop pads attach with velcro, which I hope lasts a long time. The mop uses the distilled water rather quickly on a rough surface, though it goes much further on my smooth tile floors. Hey, I just mopped and my arms and shoulders don't hurt!

This is the first time I’ve rushed to write a review about a product. This machine is the best! I am small framed 64 year old woman. It is hard for me to get down on my hands and needs to scrub & I can’t lift anything heavy. I can’t believe how clean this got my bathroom floor even with sticky hairspray residue all over it. I am in now a huge fan! Highly recommend!

I really really love this steam mop. I had an older one i started using again but the moping pads had shrank. I saw this and decided to purchase. It works wonders, very easy to use and easy on my back. You don’t have to scrub, it does the work for you. My floors look and smell so clean. It steams constantly but you have a trigger you can shoot out extra for stuck on messed. I used it on laminate, wood and tile floors. The three cleaning options are nice also depending on your floor type. I have 3 dogs and it made quick work of all their paw prints from the rain.

I liked it so much that I ordered more right away. Great quality and very practical.
